mom’s at home in nj baking an apple pie. justin will be baking one in leuven, belgium for his thanksgiving abroad. and i will be baking one in hillsboro, oregon this thanksgiving for a meal shared with six housemates and new friends who might not have anywhere else to go. and we’re all using the same recipe.  now that’s something to give thanks for..
